- How do I list a space?
- Create an account, choose “List my space”, then complete Stripe payout setup. A listing cannot go live until Stripe has verified you — that protects advertisers from booking a space that cannot be paid for.
- Why is my listing not live yet?
- Every new listing is reviewed before publishing, and substantive edits to a live listing send it back through review. You will see the status on your dashboard.
- When am I charged?
- Immediately on instant-book listings. Otherwise your card is authorised and only captured when the owner accepts. Unanswered requests expire after 72 hours and the hold is released.
- When do I get paid?
- About two business days after the campaign starts, direct from Stripe to your bank.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, under whichever policy the listing shows. See how it works for the refund tiers.
- The advertisement never went up.
- Open a dispute from the booking within 14 days of the campaign end date. Without proof-of-posting from the owner you are entitled to a full refund for the affected period.
- Can I deal with the other party directly?
- No. It breaches the Terms and voids every protection here — escrow, dispute resolution, and refunds all depend on the booking existing on-platform.
- How do I delete my account?
- From your privacy rights. You cannot delete while a booking is confirmed or live — finish or cancel it first.
