For space owners

You already own
the wall.

Most advertising surface in a city is not owned by a media company. It is a shop fascia, a fence around a building site, a warehouse wall on a commuter route. If people can see it, someone will pay to be on it.

You stay in control

Nothing goes up without you.

The most common worry we hear is losing control of your own property. Every one of these is yours to set.

Who books

Approve each request yourself, or switch on instant booking once you trust the flow. Approval is the default.

What goes up

You review every creative before printing. Reject anything that does not fit — a competitor, a category you would rather avoid, artwork you simply dislike.

When it is free

Set blackout dates and a minimum booking length. The calendar refuses anything that clashes, so you cannot be double-booked.

What it costs

Your rate, your currency, your length discounts. Add a printing and installation fee if you handle that yourself.

Where it is

Hide the exact address until a booking is confirmed. The map shows an approximate pin, and it does not drift between page loads.

How you exit

Pause or archive a listing whenever you like. Confirmed bookings still have to be honoured — that is what makes the marketplace worth booking on.

What counts as a space

Almost certainly, yours does.

If it faces the public and you have the right to put something on it, it can be listed.

One requirement we will not bend on: you must have the legal right to rent the surface for advertising, and any permit your municipality requires. Outdoor advertising is heavily regulated, and that responsibility sits with you.

Getting paid

Money never touches us.

Payouts run through Stripe Connect. You complete Stripe’s onboarding once — identity, bank account, tax details — and they pay you directly from then on. Signperch never holds your balance, which is deliberate: a marketplace sitting on other people’s money is a regulatory problem and a risk to you.

Stripe also issues your tax forms and handles identity verification, so we never store your bank details or documents.

  1. 01Advertiser pays at checkout.
  2. 02Stripe splits the payment: our commission to us, the rest to your connected account.
  3. 03Your balance is released about two days after the campaign starts.
  4. 04Stripe transfers it to your bank on its normal payout schedule.

Put your frontage to work.

Listing costs nothing and you can pause any time.
