Your privacy rights
Whatever your jurisdiction, we extend the same controls to everyone. Requests are answered within 30 days and are free.
What you can ask for

| Access / export | A machine-readable archive of your profile, listings, bookings, messages, and reviews, delivered as a private download link. |
| Correction | We fix inaccurate data. Most fields you can edit yourself in settings. |
| Deletion | Your profile is anonymised and your content removed. Completed booking records are retained in stripped form for 7 years, because tax law requires it. |
| Opt out of sale or sharing | Recorded immediately. We do not sell personal information, so this is a belt-and-braces control. |
| Object or restrict | Email privacy@signperch.com and we will assess it. |
Before you delete
Deletion is permanent. You cannot delete while you have a confirmed or live booking — finish or cancel it first, otherwise the other party is left without a counterparty.
Sign in to make a request from your account, or email privacy@signperch.com from your registered address. We verify identity before acting.
Authorised agents
An agent may act for you with written permission. We will still verify your identity directly, which the CCPA permits.
