Whatever your jurisdiction, we extend the same controls to everyone. Requests are answered within 30 days and are free.

| Correction | We review and correct inaccurate data where appropriate. Most profile fields can be edited directly in settings. |
| Deletion | We review your request and, if eligible, begin processing deletion after verification and any in-progress booking checks. Completed booking records may be retained in stripped form for 7 years, because tax law requires it. |
| Opt out of sale or sharing | Recorded immediately. We do not sell personal information; this control is applied as an additional safeguard. |
| Object or restrict | Email privacy@signperch.com and we will assess it. |
Deletion is permanent. You cannot delete while you have a confirmed or live booking — finish or cancel it first, otherwise the other party is left without a counterparty.

An agent may act for you with written permission. We will still verify your identity directly, which the CCPA permits.
